The terms that govern your use of MirWork's products.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MirWork's website and products, including Copilot, QuickMock, and Park (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
Description of Service
MirWork provides two connected sets of tools. For job seekers, Copilot and QuickMock offer career guidance, resume assistance, and AI-driven mock interview practice. For hiring teams, Park provides AI-assisted interview screening designed to turn job requirements and candidate responses into structured, comparable insight.
Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to reverse engineer our systems, submitting false or misleading information, interfering with other users' access, or using the Services for any unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful purpose.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Services use AI to generate suggestions, scores, and feedback, including mock interview feedback for job seekers and interview scoring for hiring teams. This AI-generated content is provided as an advisory signal to assist human decision-making. It is not a guarantee of hiring outcomes, job placement, or candidate quality, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any employment decision.
Subscription & Billing
Certain Park plans for hiring teams are offered on a paid subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, with no long-term lock-in required.
Intellectual Property
MirWork retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including our software, models, designs, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to MirWork or other users. You may stop using the Services or close your account at any time.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MirWork will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any hiring or employment decisions made in reliance on the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
